לוח האם ASRock H81M-ITX מבוסס על שבבים H81 ותומך במעבדי Intel מדורות 4 ו-4 כולל סדרות Core i7, i5, i3, Pentium ו-Celeron בחריטה LGA1150.

לוח האם זה כולל 4 שלבי מתח דיגיטליים שמספקים יציבות ואמינות גבוהות לרכיבים הקריטיים. כל הקבלים הם בטכנולוגיית All Solid Capacitor לאורך חיים ארוך.

יש תמיכה מלאה בזיכרון DDR3 ו-DDR3L במהירויות עד 1600MHz עם אפשרות להרצה דואל צ'אנל.

הלוח האם כולל חריץ PCI Express 2.0 x16 אחד לכרטיס גרפי נפרד ויציאות וידאו מגוונות הכוללות D-Sub, DVI-D ו-HDMI לחיבור מסכים ומקרנים.
